Innovations in mobile payment
2C2P leverages on its established e-commerce infrastructure to enter the mobile payment market. In 2009, using the same back-end infrastructure, the company launched the 2C2P Mobile Credit Card Terminal, an award-winning mobile application that that allows merchants and consumers to process and manage credit and debit card transactions securely from multiple mobile devices without additional equipment. This innovative application earned 2C2P recognition as a Grand Prize Winner of the Forum Nokia 2009 Calling All Innovators Award in July 2009. The Mobile Credit Card Terminal currently enjoys premium placement at the Nokia Ovi Store and runs on Apple’s iPhone, Blacberry RIM and any Google Android and Windows Mobile enabled devices.
