2C2P Adds Banco de Oro as its Largest Bank Client in the Philippines

MANILA, Philippines (June 18, 2013) – 2C2P, a leading provider of innovative payment solutions, is announcing signing of contract with BDO of the Philippines and will offer its leading e-commerce authentication solution - Access Control Server (ACS) - to the Philippines largest commercial bank.

Signing of the contract with BDO followed an official tender, at which 2C2P came as a winner with its ACS solution offering. ACS, which is usually utilized alongside Merchant Plug-In (MPI), is used to support cardholder authentication and allows to authorize transactions for both e-commerce and m-commerce through Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, JCB J-Secure and AMEX SafeKey.

2C2P has been offering ACS solution to the banks in Thailand since September 2003 and, as of 2013, 2C2P’s ACS is employed by over 80% of banking institutions in Thailand, holding over 16.8 million cardholder base and managing 78,000 daily payment transactions.
