This 2C2P E-Wallet and MasterCard Prepaid Card Manual & Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”)”) is a contract between 2C2P Plus (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“2C2P” or “we”) and users (“you”).This Terms and Conditions will govern the use of Electronic Wallet (the “E-Wallet”) and MasterCard Prepaid Card (“Prepaid Card”). In the event when this Terms and Conditions does not specifically refer to the E-Wallet or the Prepaid Card, it will collectively refer to both the E-Wallet and Prepaid Card as the “Product”.

The Product is an ideal cashless payment solution that offers you convenience in purchasing goods and/or services either offline at all domestic and worldwide retail stores, or online via websites or mobile applications, which the Product can be re-loaded at any time. The Prepaid Card can also be used for cash withdrawal at ATMs around the world.

Features of the Product:

  • • Convenient transaction: Accepted worldwide for in-store and online purchases.
  • • Safe and secure: Reduce the risk of losing money while travelling as you do not need to carry cash with you.
  • • Finance management: Avoid debt as you can effectively manage your budget and expenses by topping up the Product only with the amount of money you intend to spend.

HOW IT WORKS - without the technical bits. You can use the Prepaid Card the same way that you would use a debit or credit card. And for the E-Wallet, you can use it in the same way that you would use any electronic wallet. To make a purchase, this is all you need to do:

  • • At the shops - Simply hand your Prepaid Card or show your E-Wallet to the salesperson at the till.
  • • Telephone shopping - Read out the Prepaid Card details over the phone.
  • • Online shopping - Input the Product details at the ‘check-out’ step of your online purchase.
  • • When you make a purchase using the Product, the money will immediately be taken from the amount loaded into it - not from a line of credit or a bank account. As long as you have enough money available, you can continue to use your Product to buy what you want. You can reload (or ‘top up’) your Product in a number of ways, such as cash top-up via 123 Channels, or funds transfer via bank accounts or other e-wallets. 1. Terms and Conditions of Use

  • 1.1 When the Product that you use does not include the Prepaid Card, the terms and conditions in connection with the Prepaid Card shall not apply.
  • 1.2 To use the Product, you are required to have the E-Wallet account registered via the mobile application where you can download it from the App Store or Play Store and follow our registration instructions. For better convenience in making a purchase at retail stores that accept payments from Mastercard, you can choose to activate the Prepaid Card by following our instructions.
  • 1.3 The Prepaid Card is linked to the E-Wallet. It is issued by 2C2P Plus Co., Ltd., who is rightfully licensed by MasterCard to provide the Prepaid Card. You can use the Prepaid Card at most locations that display the MasterCard acceptance mark, including shops, restaurants, online shops or via telephone, subject to the restrictions set out in this Terms and Conditions. Before using the Prepaid Card, you need to ensure there are enough funds loaded into it. Please note that the Prepaid Card can be used only until its expiry date. And it can be used to make a purchase only with merchants who can request transaction authorizations electronically. This Prepaid Card is not a credit card and is not in any way connected to your bank account. You will not earn any interest on any funds loaded into it.
  • 1.4 When you register for and activate the Prepaid Card, you will get the Prepaid Card only after you have paid the registration fee and topped it up. Once you receive it, you must sign on the signature strip at the back of your Prepaid Card as soon as it is delivered to you. By activating your Prepaid Card, you are agreeing to the provisions in this Terms and Conditions.
  • 1.5 To use the Product, you must follow the instructions described in this Terms and Conditions. You understand and agree that the value of the transaction made will be deducted from the balance shown in your Product. If at the time of the transaction, the balance remaining in the Product is not sufficient to cover the amount of the transaction and the fees, that transaction will be declined. The Product can only be used to make a purchase with merchants who can request transaction authorizations electronically. Where authorization is not sought, the transaction will be declined.

2. Topping up the Product

Only Thai Baht currency can be loaded into the Product. We will top up the Product only once we successfully receive full cleared funds from you. Subject to our sole discretion, we have the right to set the maximum balance of the Product. You cannot load any more money to the Product if the maximum balance is reached unless it has been specified otherwise.

3. Fees

You acknowledge that there are fees associated with the use of the Product and hereby agree to pay all such fees by allowing us to deduct the amount of fees from the balance in the Product. We reserve the right to change all or any of the fees and/or the payment terms at any time for which the change shall be effective on the date of announcement.

4. Expiry and Cancellation of the Product

  • 4.1 You can cancel the use of the Product at any time by following the instructions. (For the Prepaid Card, you can use it until the expiry date shown on it.)
  • 4.2 We reserve the right to cancel your use of the Product immediately if:
    • (a) you gave away your Prepaid Card to anyone else or let anyone else use it;
    • (b) the remaining balance of the Product is insufficient to cover all the fees and/or other expenses (if any) that you owed to us;
    • (c) you became a defendant in a bankruptcy proceeding or adjudged to become insolvent by the court; or, any of your assets has been seized, attached or became state property pursuant to a judgment or order from the court or the competent government authority in connection with bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings;
    • (d) you are deceased;
    • (e) you have made, given, or used fake, untrue or incomplete information or documents when applying for or activating the Product; or, avoided any criteria, or distorted any qualification with respect to the eligibility to use the Product as required under applicable laws, rules or regulations of competent regulatory authorities including but not limited to those of the Bank of Thailand;
    • (f) you breached any provisions set out in this Terms and Conditions including failure to pay outstanding fees and/or other expenses that you owed to us;
    • (g) we have any security concerns, or we are obliged to cancel your use of the Product to comply with applicable laws, rules or regulations of competent regulatory authorities including but not limited to those of the Bank of Thailand or of Thailand’s Anti-money Laundering Office; or
    • (h) We have terminated the Product you are using, regardless of the reason.
  • 4.3 When your Product is cancelled, the Product will immediately be blocked and you will no longer be able to use it. In this event, you are required to tell us what you want us to do with the remaining balance within 3 (three) months of the date you have received notification that the Product is cancelled. For extra safety measures, once your Prepaid Card expires or is cancelled, please destroy it by cutting it in half through the signature box and magnetic strip.

5. Keeping your Prepaid Card Secure

You should treat your Prepaid Card like cash. If it is lost or stolen, you may lose some or all of your balance remaining in it, in the same way as if you lost cash in your wallet or purse. Thus, you must always keep your Prepaid Card safe with yourself and not let anyone else use it. If your Prepaid Card is lost or stolen, or you suspect that it has been used by someone else without your permission, you must immediately lock the Prepaid Card via the mobile application or contact us immediately by calling us on our helpline number as displayed on your Prepaid Card and we will subsequently cancel your card.

In the event that your Prepaid Card is lost, stolen or used by someone else without your permission, you may have to pay part of the losses up to a reasonable sum for any loss incurred. If your Prepaid Card is used by someone else with your permission, you will be solely liable for ALL losses. Nonetheless, you will not be liable for any losses that incur after you inform us about the loss or theft of your Prepaid Card.

If you subsequently find your Prepaid Card after reporting it lost or stolen, you must not use it. Cut it in half through the signature box and magnetic strip and ensure that the chip is cut in half. Upon your request, we will investigate any disputed transaction or misuse of your Prepaid Card. You will need to provide us with information and assistance as we request. If such information or assistance is not provided, then you may not be entitled to a refund. We may refund the amount of any transactions only if upon investigations, it is found that the transaction was not authorized by you. Provided that you have kept your Prepaid Card secure, you have not acted fraudulently, or acted without reasonable care. However, if the investigations show that the disputed transaction was, in fact, authorized by you, or your Prepaid Card was kept recklessly, we will not refund the transaction amount.

6. Your Liability

In the event that you do not use the Product in accordance with the provisions in this Terms and Conditions or we find that you are misusing the Product or using the Product fraudulently, we reserve the right to charge you for any costs or claim for any compensation that we incur in taking action to stop you from using the Product or to recover any losses owed as a result of your misuse or fraudulent act.

7. Our Rights and Liability

Like other payment cards or other e-wallets, we cannot guarantee that a retailer will accept your Prepaid Card or the E-Wallet, or that we will necessarily authorize any particular transaction. This may be because of a systems’ problem, something outside our reasonable control, or because we are concerned that the Product is being misused.

If we have found any erroneous transactions including but not limited to double transactions, incorrect amount of deposits or deposits being loaded into an incorrect account, which arise from our system or human errors of our staffs, we reserve the right to adjust the balance of the Product to rectify such erroneous transactions pursuant to the correct transaction.

In addition to the forgoing, we reserve the right to reject the transactions which we found out that: a) you have used the Product to pay for goods and/or services or to merchants under risk categories as prescribed by card schemes or us; or, b) they are transactions prohibited pursuant to our policy, applicable laws, rules or regulations of the Bank of Thailand, Thailand’s Anti-money Laundering Office or other competent governmental or regulatory authorities including banks and/or other financial institutions. Accordingly, we shall not be liable in any event if a retailer refuses to accept the payment from the Product you use, if we reject or do not authorize your transaction, or if we cancel or suspend your use of the Product.

Unless otherwise required by law, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage you may suffer as a result of your total or partial use or inability to use the Product, or the use of the Product by any third party.

8. Your Right to a Refund of the Unused Balance

You may request a refund of your unused balance remaining in the Product. To do so, please contact our customer service for instructions. However, pursuant to clause 4, if you do not inform us of your desired action regarding the remaining balance within the specified period as outlined in clause 4, we will manage your remaining balance according to the conditions set out below:

  • (a) If there is no remaining balance, we will cancel the Product immediately.
  • (b) If the remaining balance in your Product is insufficient to cover the account maintenance fee, we will deduct the remaining balance to pay for the account maintenance fee and will cancel the Product immediately.
  • (c) If there is a remaining balance, we will deduct the account maintenance fee at the rate and under the conditions specified in clause 9 (Account Maintenance Fee) from the balance remaining in the Product.

To enable us to comply with our legal obligations, we may ask you to provide us with certain information before we can process your refund request.

9. Account Maintenance Fee

If the unused balance in the Product has no movement for twelve (12) months continuously, a monthly account maintenance fee at the rate as described on website: https://2c2p.com/prepaid_card/fee.html will be deducted from your remaining balance on a monthly basis starting from the thirteenth (13th) month of non-movement onward until the non-movement status ends. If the remaining balance is insufficient for the deduction, the Product will be cancelled automatically.

10. Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change the provisions in this Terms and Conditions at any time, and we will notify you of the updates via our website and/or by sending you an e-mail at least 30 days before such changes become effective. Unless an immediate change is required by law or other valid reasons. If you are significantly disadvantaged by any of such changes, you can request to cancel your use of the Product at any time.

11. Your Contact Details

You must let us know as soon as possible if you change your name, address, telephone number, mobile number, or email address. If we are required to contact you in relation to your use of the Product; for example, to notify you that we have cancelled the Product, we will contact you through the most recent contact details you have provided to us. Any email sent to you will be treated as being received as soon as it is sent by us. We will not be liable for any damage incurred if you are unable to receive our contacts because your contact details have changed but you have not told us.

12. Data Protection

In applying for the Product and using it, you agree that 2C2P Plus Co., Ltd., its affiliates, co-brand partners and third parties (acting on our behalf) can use your personal information following our Privacy Policy. You can inform us if you no longer want to receive any marketing materials from us, co-brand partners and/or third parties. You also have the right to inspect the details of your personal data that we hold and process.

13. Privacy Policy

The personal information that is collected when you apply for the use of the Product will be used by 2C2P Plus Co., Ltd., its affiliates, co-brand partners and third parties (acting on our behalf) to run the Product and to process your balance transfers or transactions. We may also contact you to let you know about our services that we believe may be of interest to you unless you have informed us that you do not want to receive this information.

2C2P Plus Co., Ltd., shall, and shall procure that its affiliates, co-brand partners and relevant third parties shall, collect, use and disclose your personal information only in accordance with our Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available at https://www.2c2p.com/privacy; and, ensure that the appropriate technical and operational security measures are in place to keep the personal data transferred confidential and secure.

14. Disputes with Retailers

If you have any disputes about purchases made using the Product, you should first directly settle it with the retailer you bought the goods and/or services from. If you cannot settle the disputes with the retailer, then, you may contact us at the customer service telephone number as shown on the Product within ten (10) days from the date of purchase. However, we cannot be responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of any goods and/or services purchased with the Product.

If at any time any part, content or item of this Terms and Conditions becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining part, content or item of this Terms and Conditions shall not be affected or impaired thereby, and shall continue to be in force as if such illegal, invalid or unenforceable part, content or item was severed from this Terms and Conditions.

17. Governing law

The construction, validity and performance of this Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Thai laws. All disputes arising from or in connection with this Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court of Thailand without regard to conflict of law principles.

18. Effectivity

This Terms and Conditions was last updated and effective on October 1, 2025.
